		<description>Out of date or missing drivers can cause all sorts of problems so updating those may solve your problem.  Another cause could be some sort of hardware failure.  Sometimes this can be caused by bad ram or improper ram settings or other bios settings.  I would check the drivers first.  You can get a driver scan at Since you just built the system it is unlikely a corrupt registry or else I would recommend a registry scan.</description>
